Please note that 12 hours notice is required for cancellation of a single class. Missed classes without the appropriate notice will be charged as if attended. Class cancellation can be done online.
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to class to find parking, sign in and familiarize yourself with the studio. Classes are subject to room capacity. Clients will not be allowed into the class beyond the first 5 minutes.
If you are running late or know you are unable to attend class please advise the studio.
Come well hydrated and eat lightly 2-3 hours prior to your class
Be sure to advise your teacher if you have any injuries, medical conditions or are pregnant.
Please keep low voices in the studio while classes are in session.
Please leave valuables and personal belongings at home. Kondi Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
The studio is a fragrance free zone so please refrain from wearing perfume or heavily scented body products, as some clients are highly allergic.
Cell phones must be turned off or on silent while in the studio. Phones are not permitted into the studio during classes. If you need to take a call please excuse yourself from the studio.
Please refrain from going barefoot in the studio. We require all clients to wear socks for all Callanetics classes. For TRX, HIIT, and Combo classes, clients must have proper footwear. Clients without proper footwear will not be allowed in the class for safety reasons.
Please pick up and put away any props that you used in class.
Go at your own pace. Be respectful towards your body, never moving to the point of pain.
Drink plenty of water before and after each class.
Please keep talking to a minimum during class.
Class Reservation Policy : Classes are posted 30 days in advance and are available for sign up online. We highly reccommend online reservations for classes, as it is the most convenient method for reserving and will guarantee you a spot.
There is Meter parking located on both side of West 8th Ave and a metered lot located on the south side of 8th Ave, between Hemlock and Granville (10 steps from the studio).
TRX, HIIT and all combo classes please come wearing fitness attire and be prepared to sweat, running shoes are a must for these classes.
-Callanetics- we recommend wearing something that you can see your muscles working in. Seeing, along with feeling your muscles working, help to get your mind-body connection re-connected. Please be sure to wear socks!!
We offer complimentary purearth eco friendly yoga mats for use during your class, workout towels and filtered water onsite.
At The Kondi Studio we are proud to offer a 2 person state of the art Radiant Health infrared sauna. An infrared sauna uses infrared heaters to emit infrared light experienced as radiant heat which is absorbed by the surface of the skin. Traditional saunas heat the body primary by conduction and convection from the heated air and by radiation of the heated surfaces in the sauna room.
